If you've ever felt the panic of not knowing what to post on Instagram then this blogpost is for you. Making sure that you post consistently on Instagram is becoming vital these days, but making sure you post quality content is even more important. I usually like to post a photo on Instagram at least once a day to keep engagement and build up my resume in a sense. Of course, being prepared is key to having a nice flowing Instagram feed BUT the secret to always having something to post on Instagram is so easy and something you can do in your next styling session. Whenever I set up a shot, I always make sure to go in and photograph some of the smaller details that are in the set up. In essence, work those angles girl! Go in for the close-up shots and capture those pretty details. You'll see below that placing a focus on a particular item in your set up completely changes the photo, hence giving you more options to post on Instagram so you never have to fret about not knowing what to post ever again. Some of my favorite photos in this bunch are the close ups on the flowers, the set of dainty rings, and my all time favorite nail polish colors sitting atop a pink Kate Spade book. Always remember when you're shooting, details are everything!
Of course, I wouldn't advice to post all of your detail shots back to back BUT wouldn't it be nice to have a couple of photos on the back burner for those days when you have no idea what to post? Plus, you can build up your photo library and essentially have a plethora of photos to choose from. Tell me, are you going to implement this tip into your next styling session? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
As always, thank you so much for taking a moment of your day to stop by. Wishing you a happy weekend!
