Getting a Glow with Adore Me

With sunny days just right around the corner, I thought I would share my take on how I like to get glowing. This season alone, I've seen so many brands gear towards getting a glow. From skincare to makeup, raise your hand if you love a good highlight πŸ™‹πŸ» (guilty here, haha!). It's easy to say I love a good glow as much as the next girl. Can I let you in on a little secret though? I associate a good glow with self-confidence. Think of it this way, when you feel confident, you glow and radiate beams of sunshine, right? My favorite way to get a glow and subsequently stay confident and self-assured? Definitely by getting a good workout everyday. You know that saying... when you look good, you feel good? It's true! And if I'm being honest, working out everyday does that for me. While I'm not saying that working out is the only way to get a glow or develop confidence, I am saying it's my little secret that helps me stay positive and happy which transitions to giving me a healthy glow and self-confidence.

Working out five to six times a week didn't come easily. I eased my way from working out zero times a week to then three times a week and now to my current workout schedule. When I first began, working out was actually not my favorite part of the day. The only helpful thing I found to help me with workout motivation was buying and wearing cute activewear. Even now, I can't help but get excited for my daily workout when cute new workout clothes are involved. I'm a huge fan of a good matching set like the one I'm wearing today from Adore Me. It features a shattered print and comes in a sports bra and legging combo. This set is breathable, super soft, and completely comfortable. I've done plenty of lunges and squats in these workout pants and ran countless miles in them too. 

The great thing about getting a glow is that it can come in different ways. Maybe it's achieving a goal you've had for a long time now, or maybe it comes in the form of a new haircut.
