Now that spring is just a few days away, I've decided to change up my nighttime skincare routine. I'm switching out a couple of products that I was using during winter for lighter but still moisturizing and hydrating skincare products that will be perfect for those warmer spring temperatures. I recently discovered Lather, a skincare company that places focus on using high quality and natural ingredients in their products and I'm completely obsessed. So much so that more than 50% of my nighttime skincare products are Lather. I have oily and blemish prone skin and I've found that maintaining a consistent skincare routine really helps keep my skin healthy and happy. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is to get to your nighttime skincare routine earlier rather than later. Sometimes it's too easy to want to completely skip it because going straight to bed sounds way more enticing than standing in front of your bathroom mirror for 10-15 minutes, BUT if you get to your skincare routine when you're not tired, you eliminate the possibility of skipping your skincare routine altogether. I promise you that being consistent with your nighttime skincare routine is completely worth it. Nothing feels better than clean, happy skin at the end of the day! Getting to a skincare routine that I feel good about has been a journey.
