Happy Monday! I hope you had the loveliest weekend! I'm so excited to share today's blogpost with you. I'm lacing up my roller skates and heading into the week with happy and positive vibes. The moment I put these white roller skates on I became nine again, wearing my Barbie roller skates and skating up and down the concrete pathway in my backyard. I don't really recall how I learned or who taught me to skate, but I remember I would always look forward to the end of a school day. I'd rush home to work on my homework and finish quickly so I could get it out of the way in hopes of having a chance to lace up my skates and skate away in my backyard. Oh, to be nine again!
When I received this dress from Della Los Angeles, I instantly knew I wanted to have a little fun with it. It's the perfect swing dress for summer, totally easy, breezy, and sleeveless. This light and airy cami racerback dress features a button down front and a v-neck, making it perfect for a day of fun! (I featured Della Los Angeles in this blogpost, highlighting who they are and what they stand for. Della believes in responsibility and is a fashion line handcrafted by a community of women in Ghana, West Africa. By employing passionate, talented women in Ghana, they give an opportunity to these women to build a foundation for a better life through jobs, education, and skills training. What they are doing is pretty incredible! Feel free to give them a visit, here.) I've been wanting to pull my skates from my closet for so long for a style post and I though this was the perfect opportunity. An all pink ensemble makes my heart so happy! (Oops, I might still be nine! haha!) So I paired the pink button front dress with a delicate white lace bralette, a pair of the most adorable pink reflective mirrored sunglasses, and a pale pink bandana tied as a headband which worked perfectly.

This summer, my goal has been to enjoy and cherish every single moment. There's something so magical about taking a step back in time, and I have to admit this fun all pink look brought back all those happy childhood memories. What is one wonderful childhood memory that you have? Let me know in the comment section down below.
