It's the last day of spring and I cannot believe how quickly it flew by! This season was filled with flowers galore, lots of new adventures, new friendships, and yummy treats. At the beginning of the season, I created a list of 10 fun things to do this spring, which you can see here. I did miss a couple and was thinking of adding those to my summer to do list (coming next week) because I'd really love to have a chance to cross those off. Here's what I DID accomplish though:
I welcomed spring in with a flower crown, an oversized lace dress, and a pair of lace up flats. I thought this was the perfect way to begin the season, cute and ethereal for a season full of new beginnings.
This four ingredient smoothie is one of my favorites, I'm currently having one as a type this! I love having it as a snack when I'm hungry but want something light, filling, and refreshing. Recently, I've been adding a fifth ingredient, strawberries, to make it sweeter and more flavorful. I highly recommend it to stay fresh and cool this upcoming summer!

I remember always staying in during the summer with a stack of books. I used to LOVE reading, getting lost in the pages and the story. I since have gotten rid of so many books but I kept a few of my favorites and just rediscovered one this past season. I read it again, and quickly realized why I kept it, it was full of feel good vibes and mushy romance, just what I like reading! Lately, since time is of the essence, I haven't really had much time to read so I just signed up with Audible and am currently listening to A Night Circus. So far so good!
I think flowers will always be my thing. I love how gorgeous and unique each type of flower is, just like every one of us! Every type of flower is different, but each beautiful and distinct in their own way. Sometimes I think we can truly learn so much from a simple flower.
Trying new beauty products is always something I enjoy doing. I love being able to discover new brands and love when I find something that works for me. Ipsy makes it easy to try out new products every month. In April, I received a sample of LipSurgence in the color Wonder by Tarte Cosmetics and completely fell in love! It's the perfect color for natural looking everyday lip, just what I like.
As sad as it is to say goodbye to a season, I am so looking forward to starting a new one. Summer is always welcomed in my book! I'm so excited for new adventures, new friendships, and season appropriate content. I already have so many ideas running through my mind and I can't wait to work on them and share with you. What are some things you did this last season? What are some things you're looking forward to this upcoming season? Feel free to share down below. (:
Thank you so much for taking a moment of your day to stop by. I hope you're having a lovely weekend so far.
