Vegan Oatmeal Recipe

My day doesn't begin until I have had breakfast and oatmeal is my favorite go to for breakfast every morning. My husband makes fun of me because there are so many breakfast options out there and he says I go with the most boring one. I say it's yummy, healthy, and keeps me full all morning long. Really, he's the one missing out. ;) This vegan oatmeal recipe is really easy and quick to make and doesn't require too many ingredients. Actually, it only requires four ingredients.. how awesome is that? All you need is almond milk, oatmeal, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. I love varying the toppings every few days too. 

Easy Vegan Oatmeal Recipe
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal
- 1 tsp of coconut sugar
- dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a pot over low heat and as soon as it comes to a boil (about 4-5 minutes) it is ready to be enjoyed. 

One. 
base recipe + toppings: blueberries, almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes
Two. 
base recipe + toppings: apples, walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you'd like
Three. 
base recipe + toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, almonds, chia seeds, and a handful of dried cranberries
