March 2016 Recap

Hello there! Happy Wednesday! I honestly can't believe how quickly this month went by. This year is totally flying by! March marked the beginning of spring and florals were seen everywhere, much to my hearts' content. I'm recapping the month of March today and sharing a lot of photos from these last four weeks. Let's get started.

I was coveting a pair of lace up flats so much after seeing countless posts on Instagram. I was in between buying them because they're so cute but not wanting to buy them because I don't usually wear flats, it's been at least five years since I bought a pair, but I took the plunge and got them. They're so cute and I can't wait to wear them with basically everything and anything this spring. To see more of this look, click here.

Dad hats are officially in and help give off a sporty casual look to any outfit. Made of a cotton or canvas material and always worn forward, I'm obsessed with this latest trend. Click here to see more of this look and browse sporty dad hats, I linked so many cute options!

I was browsing through Target (seriously so dangerous for the wallet! lol) and these shoes totally stood out to me. Gold espadrilles = a summer of adventures. These are perfect for summer and I can't wait to wear them with a pair of white denim shorts. Summer can't come soon enough!

Seeing that we all want to be fit and toned for the summer (right?) I decided to post an athletic look and give you a peek inside my gym bag. Working out consistently and eating healthy are major parts of my life that I wanted to share with you. It's not always easy but I can assure you, it is always worth it. See more of this athletic look when you click here, and take a peek inside my gym bag here.

Aren't these necklaces so cute? They're so dainty and perfect for spring and summer. They're by Gorjana and are so cool because you can attach as many chains as you want to create the perfect layered look.

The latest laid-back comfy trend, athleisure, is all the rage right now. It's so easy to pull this trend off, simply take a ball hat, some comfy sneakers, and pair it with an athletic inspired cross body like this mesh bucket bag by Poverty Flats By Rian and you're pretty much good to go. See more of this laid back look here, this was one of my favorite looks this month!

Do we remember the time change just a few short weeks ago? That was a little rough on a Monday morning right? I made sure to keep it sweet and simple with a pair of black denim, an off white cotton top, and a cozy cardigan. See this easy and relaxed look here, perfect for days when you're rushing out the door.

Pink packages in the mail are always a fun surprise. Anyone else receive Ipsy? I shared my unboxing on the blog here

Can I have more than one favorite post this month? I had so much fun with this one. I got to highlight a really cool brand who loves to give back and help make our world a better place. Every purchase from Wakened Apparel results in a donation to charity, creating awareness for different campaigns and making a difference together. They truly are so inspiring. See more of this post here.

This has to be the most magical photoshoot I've done to date. I styled a flower crown with a white oversized lace fit and flare dress paired with my lace up flats to celebrate the beginning of spring. Click here for more flower crown inspiration.

These are a couple of my favorite snaps from Instagram. I love sharing daily inspiration and all things pretty on there. If you'd like to see more photos like these, make sure to follow me on Instagram by searching @ForAllThingsPretty.

I blogged a simple 3 ingredient guilt free Cosmopolitan and Peach Bellini popsicle recipe on the blog this month. Do I need to say more? These are so refreshing and are a great way to celebrate spring. Skip on over to see more here.

Easter inspo and spring dress options were readily available in this post. I shared a cute spring boho look, complete with a paisley print bell sleeve dress and fringe booties. I also linked so many cute spring dress options, you must take a look! Click here to see more.

I shared a few March favorites and these two products (among others) stole my heart this month. This lavender polish is very spring appropriate and the tea tree clay mask is a life saver for people with oily skin. I also shared a a coconut peanut spread I bought at Whole Foods which I'm currently obsessed with, peanut butter + apple slices = the perfect healthy snack. Click here to see my March favorites.

These are other photos I shared on Instagram this month. The roses in the first photo were cut directly from my garden and make my heart oh so happy!

If you're still here, I hope you enjoyed this photo heavy blog post that recapped the month of March. This month was filled with lots of flowers, yummy popsicles, and outfits galore. Here's to the end of another great month and the beginning of April.

Thank you for stopping by,

XO Karen
