The Combo You Need To Be Wearing This Spring

Outfit details: Off the shoulder blouse | Gray denim | Large market basket | Satin bow choker | Strappy sandals

With denim being a major trend this season, this is the combo that you need to be wearing, like yesterday. I've always associated denim with fall and winter, fact being that the coldness outside doesn't allow for a multitude of options. The best (and easiest) way to transition your denim and make them spring appropriate? With a pretty white blouse of course! This combination is feminine, charming, and perfect to take on a sunny spring day. Carefully select your accessories + shoes and you've got yourself a winning look that is perfect for this season.

Today, Kris from Mom Jeans & Mimosas and I are teaming up to show you our different (but similar) takes on this appealing combo. Kris decided for a thin strapped perforated white blouse (with killer details), a pair of blue denim, and the plushest velvet heels in a mauve pink color. Because you can't go wrong with off the shoulder (one of my favorite trends this season!) I decided to wear the cutest off the shoulder white blouse with a pair of gray jeans. My white top features intricate eyelet detail along the top portion and pairs well with my favorite strappy sandals. Woven bags are also all the rage this season and we brought ours along for a day of fun in the sun.
