Hey there gal pals! Happy Wednesday! I'm so happy you're here because I'm very excited about today's post, think linen dresses and spring vibes. So good! Today's post is actually a collaboration with blogger babe Kris, from Mom Jeans & Mimosas. We are both sharing our take on styling one of our favorite linen pieces. Since spring is officially here and the sunshine seems to be coming in abundance, we decided to each style our favorite linen dress. As you already know, I love a good relaxed boho-chic look. I opted for a blue and white striped linen dress I already had in my wardrobe and styled it with spring in mind. The number one rule when styling linen for spring and summer is to keep all your pieces/accessories within the same season. Remember to mix and match textures and prints in the same color family for an outfit that looks cohesive and perfectly styled. I decided to pair my striped linen dress with my go to pair of Karen Walker sunnies along with a woven handbag from The Little Market, a pair of tan lace up sandals that I'm completely obsessed with, and a taupe hat to pull everything together. I love this look for spring and summer and will most likely be wearing it again and again!!
Kris is a blogger babe mom of two and opted for a fresh white midi linen dress layered under a denim jacket. You can see her take on that super cute white midi linen dress when you click here.
I love how relaxed and easy to style linen is for warmer weather. Did you enjoy this type of post? What trend or fabric would you like to see us style next? Let me know in the comments down below.
As always, thank you so much for taking a moment of your day to stop by. See you back here on Friday for a brand new blogpost.
